About 50% of my day involves food.  It could be more. Dreaming about, thinking about and making it.  When I’m eating one meal, I’m thinking about the next.  And the next.

My father used to tell me the only time I kept quiet was when I had a mouth full of food.  My boyfriend believes I am obsessed with food.  Both are right.  Food is what sustains us (along with water, sunshine and oxygen…. and probably a whole host of other things) and it should be enjoyed.

I also like sharing recipes and talking to others about all things food related.  So, this blog is a great way for me to indulge my love of food, sharing recipes, disaster meals (they happen), new products, product reviews, tips, supermarkets, chefs / cooks and dining out.
